We are happy to introduce to you these well maintained service apartments located in a beautiful and very quite neirbhourhood at Mikocheni. There are a total of 4 apartment units which are very similar in size, available for both long and short stays.

FEATURES IN SUMMARY:

• The apartment consists of a total of four units in the compound and each unit is similar in terms of size.
• The apartment is a fenced gated property with security guards.
• The apartment has a laundry area which tenants can use to clean their laundry. Alternatively, they can use the apartments' onsite cleaning services which is done twice a week for the long stay guests and after every 2 nights for the short stay guests. 

NOTE: No pets are allowed in the apartment.  

RENT

• Apartment Per Day $85
• Apartment per month $1000

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• 1 month stay $200
• 3 Months stay and above $400 

Electricity

The Initial electricity units will be provided upon check-in. Guest will be responsible for additional electricity after using the initial units. Guests will be assisted with instructions and meter numbers for their apartment.

HOUSE RULES

• No parties or events allowed No smoking inside, penalty $20
• No pets allowed Suitable for toddlers and children under 12
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms Please respect the noise curfew.
• Please turn off the AC when you go out.
• Please respect check in and check out times
• Please take extra care of your key, lost key incur a replacement fee
• Please take care of the furnishings You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises Turn off the gas after you finish cooking. 

HOUSE TIPS:

1.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

i. All Guests (and Visitors) must comply with all house Rules and any other instructions from the Host and,

ii. Guests must notify the Host of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

i. This Vacation Rental is suitable for Children.

ii. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood.

iii. No firearm of any kind ( including BB or pellet guns) or Fireworks shall be discharged anywhere within the development.

3. VISITORS

i. Guests are allowed a maximum of five (5) visitors at any time during their Stay.

ii. Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during there booking process and are subject to not exceed maximum occupancy (10) dumpster site.

4. EVENTS

i. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are Strictly prohibited at the apartment, and

ii. Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING

• Open Parking areas are freely available to guests and visitors on a first come, first serve basis • No unattended vehicle shall be parked in a driveway, exit or block dumpster site.
